Coordinated Entry Prioritization
We have updated our prioritization over the last year to reflect the ever-changing needs of our community and continue to monitor each one for equitable outcomes and process improvement.
Inactive Report Process
This Inactive List includes all OneHome participants with 60+ days without qualified CoC activities. Participants with 120+ days without activity will be removed from CQ and exited from OneHome in December 2022 by MDHI staff after providers have the month of November to review the report. We recommend prioritizing your internal agency’s inactive workflow to focus on the households with 120+ days of no activity first.
HMIS Refreshers
Review important Changes in Household Composition, Multiple Community Queues, Housing Provider Denial Process, and the Inactive Report Update.
Guidance for Emergency Housing Vouchers by County
The Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program is available through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Although most EHVs are already allocated, we have updated guidance for how people experiencing homelessness can access this resource in their county.
Updated Guidance for Assigning People to the Community Queue
Our Coordinated Entry System received its first Coordinated Entry grant from the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) beginning September 1, 2022. Our changes to the Community Queue are a direct result of these grant requirements. Learn more and view step-by-step instructions for how to assign people to the Community Queue.
