MDHI is participating in a mini-lab series with the National Alliance to End Homelessness (NAEH) to help us make Coordinated Entry more racially equitable. We’d like to hear from you about what is going well and what needs improvement. The following survey is just the beginning of our input gathering. We’ll be discussing this further at next month's CDT.
